Presenting
a plump, unapologetic, and very fine specimen of brinjal. Also known as
eggplant and aubergine, this purple-robed scion of the solanaceae family was found
lying on an unusual surface. Afterall, why rest on a bed of anything when just a
bed will do fine? Tomorrow we shall hopefully see this brinjal making itself useful to the household in the form of delicious spicy fritters.
